A short drive takes you to the cool, refreshing forest of Shimba Hills. This afternoon’s game drive takes you on a search for elephant, buffalo and the rare roan antelope.

An ancient forest grows on the uprising of the volcanic Shimba Hills and is home to elephant, warthog, buffalo and several species of antelope including rare sable. The altitude and the damp atmosphere also attract countless butterflies and birds around the grassy hills and on the edges of the forest.
