The camp is only available on an exclusive basis, and comes with its own private guide and 4WD vehicle, so you have total freedom to plan totally flexible safari itineraries every day.
We are delighted to welcome families with children of 8 and over in either of our mobile safari camps, but please note there is a restriction of 12 and over on any walking safari activities.
Location:
Nomad's Wilderness Mobile Camp moves between the remoter areas of Northern Tanzania, and Katavi National Park in the south west.
From November through to June, it can be found roaming within the the Serengeti National Park, Loliondo area, Tarangire National Park, Manyara National Park, and the Ngorongoro Crater.
From July through October it heads down to Katavi National Park where it moves between Paradise, Chorangwa and the Mpunga areas. Highlights of these areas include the seriously remote Mlele Escarpment, Chorangwa Falls, and the Mpunga flood plain.
How to Get There:
Both the Traditional and Wilderness Mobile Camp's location varies considerably throughout the year, but they are easily accessible through a network of daily scheduled flights, or by private charter. Please contact your tour operator for more details.
