The main theme of our impression of the CC Africa experience was that it far exceeded our expectations, and our expectations were relatively high! We have just experienced the best vacation that either one of us have ever been on.
Given enough money and imagination most outfitters could try to put together the beautiful quarters and lodges that we indulged in. The attention to detail was remarkable. However, it was the people and their seemingly never-ending thirst for assuring our comfort and that all our needs be met that was most heart warming. The constant smiles and genuineness that the staff demonstrated will forever keep us recommending CC Africa to any of our friends or family that are interested in traveling to Africa (or India we understand).
The people we would most like to mention as our standouts, although you should realize that there was not one staff member that was discourteous to us in any way, include; our butler, Roger at Mnemba (probably our absolute favorite), Petro at Kleins (always bubbly and helpful), Didas at Grumeti (we can't imagine having had a more enthusiastic, knowledgeable or likable guide), and Scott at Grumeti (never seemed to put himself above the rest of the staff when it came to helping guests and was the architect of our most special memories on this trip including the honeymooners' dinner and a surprise happy hour overlooking the Serengeti at sunset).
Thank you so much for all your assistance with the details. We were so well taken care of along the entire way. An additional note: the gentleman (name?) that met us and saw us off at the Zanzibar airport was incredibly helpful. We had misplaced our return tickets from Zanzibar back to Arusha, and he was able to massage the problem so that we felt not a ripple of concern. Priceless!
This was truly the experience of a lifetime who's memories will soothe our adventurous souls long after our adventurous bodies retire to less rigorous holidays of golf courses and sandy Caribbean beaches.
Acknowledging that "Thank you" is just not enough. |

I'm not exactly sure where to start other than to say the trip was the most amazing and unforgettable experience we've had. Everything about the trip exceeded our expectations with Londolozi certainly being the highlight.
In summary though I can't thank you enough for all your help in arranging the trip. Everything definitely exceeded our expectations and we had an absolutely amazing time which is largely due to the arrangements you made for us, and the information you provided upon our arrival. A future trip will definitely be in the works, and we'll definitely be utilizing CC Africa again.
One last request I do have of you is if you can provide a name and address of someone there at CC Africa who I can write a letter of appreciation to for all your assistance, and for the level of service we also received at Londolozi. I looked on the CC Africa website but there is no name of any Managerial personnel etc.
Thank you again Leigh for everything you have done and I will be sure to put people in touch with you who plan to visit in the future.
Best Regards,
Phil |

The level of service, the accommodations, the game, the graciousness of the hostess(es) and staff was outstanding and beyond all of my expectations and consistent in all the lodges – particularly Ngorongoro, Ngala, Manyara and Kichwa Tembo. The logistics of moving was handled extremely effectively and efficiently, with no lost baggage or extended layovers. This includes some 26 take offs and landing through 6 local and 4 International airports particularly. In summary the trip could not have been any better.
You and CCA have a very difficult and challenging business model, but obviously have accomplished success in dealing with the many components necessary to make all this work, and you and your staff are to be congratulated on this. I realize that is probably a continuing challenge, but wanted you to hear from an 'Outsider', it is 'a well oiled operation'. |

I have to say that we had an amazing time at Mnemba and really thanks to you for being so organised and efficient. The "new improved" Mnemba is even more stunning than when I was there a few years ago. The weather wasn't ideal for the two days we were there but the staff more than made up for it. The manageress and the couple that filled in (Jan and Leen)...were fabulous and Noah had a great dive with her. The food was again superb and it's still one of my favourite places anywhere!
Thank you again for your professionalism and kind attention to all details. It was a true pleasure dealing with you.
Best, Nan Richards |

| We would just like to say a massive thank you for arranging what was the best holiday that we have been on. Your recommendations for hotels were superb, and yes we did eat a hell of a lot and are both now spending an awful lot of time in the gym! However, it was definitely worth it. I'm quite sure that we will be back to South Africa many times and have already been giving your name to friends so hopefully they may come your way. We found Kwandwe particularly spectacular and were so impressed by the dedication to conservation and the professionalism and enthusiasm of the staff. (Plus the food was just amazing!) |

We had a great time in Afrika and our experience with CC Africa was so good we will certainliy book with you again. Your interest to help us have an unforgetable honeymoon was genuine and your advice to split the 18 days between Mnemba and the Bateleur Camp was right.
In Mnemba we enjoyed the luxury of two dives a day and the secludity of private dinners every night. Otherwise we cherised the small details, like when the staff had to walk at the beach past our banda they would lower their head, the fresh towels every second hour, the beautifully decorated banda, the superb fresh food!!!! We were also impressed by the diving instructors (ian, lee, humpley) who showed respect to the underwater world.
The Bateleur Camp was in every way more than we had dreamed of and by staying for 9 days we bonded with the people and the country. There can't be said enough praise, every little detail was taken care of. Not a flaw in the service and friendliness, even when the staff forgot we were around (we did not rush off to every safari and were often the only guests in the camp) and talked between themselves. It was good to see that they had a good time with their job. We have written a letter of recommendation for Mrs Milka the manager. Our ranger, Kampuni, was just our style, loving his country in a quiet way, giving interesting information without talking too much, showing us the little things away from the crowd.
What a honeymoon! we will always spend time sharing our memories, and we certainly recommend CC Africa to all our friends and aquaintances. |

Everything was like a dream, my wife loved it and we both agreed it was the best vacation we have ever had. Everything worked smoothly, the locations and hotels were perfect, great sights and experiences. The game reserve was a complete discovery for us - something we have never had before and thought is the best thing we have ever tried - and we are pretty sure we'll try to do it again. We thought we would have a walking safari as well but given the time constraints and the quality of the game-drives we had we couldn't have it better. Cape Town was great. We went whale watching, to Cape Point, up Table Mountain, saw the penguins, cheetahs, ostrich farm - pretty cool. The Blue Train was also quite an experience! My wife liked a lot, as you can imagine..
You guys were just excellent in how you have organised everything (the printed brochure itself was quite a surprise) and how well you know the market, let alone the personalised service we have received. I will definitely recommend you and South Africa to people I know would be interested. |

All of us want to thank you for the spectacular expedition to Botswana and Zimbabwe, which you helped to organize. It was an unforgettable experience that allowed us to come so very close to the magnificent nature and wonderful people of Botswana. There was never a dull moment for children and parents alike and we have learned, observed and photographed so much in 10 days. No one wanted to return home, and yet we are now back to a very different life in the USA, well rested and forever enriched with the memories of our trip.
Chimney was a wonderful guide and we are very grateful for the knowledge, patience and professionalism he never ceased to display. I have participated in many guided tours and he is definitely one of the best guides I have ever met. Same compliments apply to the rest of the support staff we have met during our trip.
I am sure that our stories about the trip will get many others interested in joining your expedition. All of us will happily suggest CC Africa as the company to call for assistance. Please allow me to give your name to others who contemplate visiting South Africa.
Best wishes and many thanks, Ilya Raskin |

Well we had an absolutely wonderful time on our safari. The accomodations were fabulous, the food wonderful (and 100% safe to eat, not an easy feat in Africa), and the guides superb. We invested a lot of money in the trip and were not disappointed, in fact, the trip exceeded our expectations.
Before leaving we were somewhat concerned that our transfers would not go smoothly, but all of them did. How much we appreciated having a representative from CCAfrica at every transfer point. It meant we didn't have to worry about a thing while in East Africa, but just sat back and enjoyed the safari.
We are truly impressed with CC Africa as a company, and although we probably won't be planning a trip to Africa in the near future, if we did, we'd use CC Africa again. |
