LIMPOPO, SOUTH AFRICA

Named after the Limpopo River that flows along the province's northern border, Limpopo (previously the Northern Transvaal) is home to numerous historical and cultural attractions, particularly in the region of Capricorn. The Great North, as Limpopo is called, borders the northern Kruger National Park and is rich in wildlife and spectacular scenery.
