Chobe National Park, approximately 100 kilometres due west of Victoria Falls, is reason in itself to visit Botswana - abounding in wildlife all year round, and featuring the beautiful Chobe River on the northern boundary of the 12 000 square kilometre park.
Known as one of the best game reserves in the world, Chobe is particularly famous for its huge herds of elephant. Signifying the largest single concentration in the world, approximately
35 000, wildlife enthusiasts will not be disappointed.

HIGHLIGHTS OF CHOBE ITINERARY:
Day 1 & 2 : IMPALILA ISLAND LODGE
You will be met by a CC Africa representative and transferred by road from Victoria Falls Town to Kasane in order to clear customs and immigration. Transfer by boat to Impalila Island Lodge.
Activities include birding and fishing from motor boats, game viewing by boat along the Chobe River, mekoro (canoe) excursions to explore the quiet backwaters and expansive floodplains that surround the lodge, and guided walks on the island. Picnic lunches and dinners on the island can be arranged.
Two overnights at Impalila Island Lodge in a twin bedded chalet with en suite facilities. Accommodation is on a full board basis
including park fees and scheduled activities.
Day 3 & 4 : MUCHENJE SAFARI LODGE
Transfer by boat to Kasane Immigration for road transfer to Muchenje Safari Lodge.
Activities include a boat cruise on the Chobe River and game-drives in open safari vehicles into Chobe National Park. Night drives and nature walks, in the company of experience guides, are conducted outside the park. For those who are interested in local culture, an excursion to a nearby village offers an insight into the traditional tribal way of life.
Two overnights at Muchenje Safari Lodge in a twin bedded thatched chalet with en suite facilities. Accommodation is on a full board basis including park fees and scheduled activities.
Day 5 :
Transfer by road to Victoria Falls Town
