AfricanAdrenalin's Booking Conditions and Cancellation Policy
- This cancellation policy is subject to change. It applies in all instances excepting where a particular operator has a more stringent Cancellation Policy, in which case the operator's policy has precedence over this policy.
- Cancellation of your booking must be in writing. Cancellations are only effective on receipt of written notification. If prior to 10 weeks before departure your deposit is forfeited. If your cancellation is made after the due date for full payment of your tour fare, charges will be levied. The scale of charges, expressed as a percentage of the tour prices, is as follows:
- More than 10 weeks notice - Deposit forfeited
- Less than 10 weeks notice - Deposit plus 25%
- Less than 5 weeks notice - 50%
- Less than 4 weeks notice - 60%
- Less than 3 weeks notice - 100%
Should you fail to join a tour or join it after departure or leave it prior to its completion, no tour fare refund can be made. (Please note that if the reason for cancellation falls within the terms of any holiday insurance policy which you hold, then any such charges will normally be refunded to you by the insurance company, subject to the terms of your insurance).
- If you Change Your Booking: After your booking has been confirmed, should you wish to change to an earlier date, you may do so subject to availability by paying a transfer fee of US$50. Normal cancellation penalties apply if you wish to postpone your departure.
- Where a refund is due (through a default or failure to perform on the part of the operator) this will, of course be processed expeditiously.
- Where the operator, or AfricanAdrenalin, as the case may be, are prepared to hold a credit against a future, similar, booking, AfricanAdrenalin, at their sole discretion, may levy an amended cancellation fee, and issue a Credit Note for the remainder to be held in credit. Any credit, held under such a Credit Note, must be utilised within 6 months of the date of issue, failing which it will be considered to have been abandoned.
Please note: Wherever the individual operators' cancellation policies are more onerous than the above, then that policy will apply instead. We reserve the right to make changes as and when this is necessary for business reasons.
