Day 1 – 2 : PORT ELIZABETH
You will be met at Port Elizabeth International Airport by a CC Africa representative and transferred to the Windermere Hotel. Our representative will go through your travel documentation with you.  

Port Elizabeth is fondly referred to as ‘The Friendly City’. A superb value-for-money holiday base, the city offers a diverse selection of attractions as a family-fun vacation destination including eco-attractions, scenic nature trails, wildlife and cultural experiences, as well as 40km (25 miles) of breathtaking coastline and beaches.

Day 2 - 4 : GRAHAMSTOWN   
You will be collected after breakfast for your transfer to 7 Worcester Street, Grahamstown, where you will enjoy the next two nights.  

Historic Grahamstown, with its magnificent Cathedral of St Michael & St George, plenty of fine antique shopping, frequent cultural events and festivals, wonderful walking, and within easy driving distance of excellent malaria-free game viewing, is the ideal base from which to explore the surrounds.

On day 3 you will be collected from your guesthouse for a full day ‘Frontier Country & The Valley of the Ancient Voices’ tour.  Spend the morning in the hills around the City of Grahamstown following the influences of many cultures on the region, including a thrilling narration of the Battle of Grahamstown. Then onto the Great Fish River Valley, the heartland of Big Game country. Hear gripping tales of the Frontier Wars at the remains of the Fort at Doubbledrift Game Reserve.

Day 4 - 6 : KWANDWE PRIVATE GAME RESERVE
You will be collected after breakfast for your transfer to Kwandwe Private Game Reserve. A victory for far-sighted conservation, 20 000 hectares (49 000 acres) of farmland in the Great Fish River region were restored and restocked with African wildlife. Today, thousands of animals including lion, black and white rhino, buffalo and elephant roam this diverse and fascinating reserve.

Ecca Lodge is the newest addition to Kwandwe, comprising six trendy exclusive suites in the heart of Kwandwe Private Game Reserve.  Kwandwe was the only property in Africa to be awarded Relais & Châteaux status in 2003.

Two overnights at Ecca Lodge on a fully inclusive basis.

Day 6 :
After early morning game-drive, followed by breakfast, you will be collected for your return road transfer to Port Elizabeth Airport. End of services.
